Clinton has gone a perfect 7-0 against Newcastle recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Red Tornadoes will venture away from home to face off against the Racers at 8:00 p.m. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Clinton has struggled recently with four losses in a row, while Newcastle will arrive with three straight wins.

On Thursday, Clinton didn't have quite enough to beat Heritage Hall and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, Newcastle kept a clean sheet against Elk City on Thursday. They blew past the Elks 5-0. Considering Newcastle have won nine contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Elk City with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Hudson Stewart (2), Coltyn Biggerstaff, Gavin Holt, and Jayce Ramanjulu.

Newcastle's victory bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Clinton, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.

Clinton came out on top in a nail-biter against Newcastle in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Tornadoes since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
