Basketball Recap: Kern Resource Center Starts Season with Win Against Immanuel Christian

Kern Resource Center gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. It was close, but they ultimately received the gift of a 29-27 win from a begrudging Warriors squad.

Immanuel Christian dropped their record down to 0-5 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Kern Resource Center and Immanuel Christian will compete for holiday cheer at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Immanuel Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Trona at 5:00 p.m.
