Basketball Recap: Capitol Encore Academy Takes a Loss

Capitol Encore Academy had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a blow against the Northwood Temple Academy Eagles, falling 64-34. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it nine in a row.

Looking ahead, Capitol Encore Academy is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Alpha Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Dragons' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Northwood Temple Academy, they have already played their next contest, a 46-29 victory against Living Water Christian on the 7th.
