Softball Preview: DeLand Bulldogs vs. West Port Wolf Pack

The DeLand Bulldogs will head out on the road to challenge the West Port Wolf Pack at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. DeLand is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.9 runs per game this season.

DeLand is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 17 runs last Thursday, they were much more limited against Deltona on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 3-2. DeLand's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for West Port, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.
