Basketball Recap: Palmer Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Rice came into Tuesday's match looking for another win against Palmer, but Reagan Davis wouldn't allow it. The Palmer Bulldogs came out on top against the Rice Bulldogs by a score of 43-35 on Tuesday thanks in part to Davis, who went 7 of 16 on her way to 18 points in addition to five boards and three steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played.

Palmer's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-18. As for Rice, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Keene the next time they take the court. Rice will head out to face Keene at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Palmer will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on January 14th.
