Basketball Recap: La Crosse Logan Comes Up Short

On Monday, the La Crosse Logan Rangers lost to the Fox Valley Lutheran Foxes on the road by a 73-59 margin. While losing is never fun, the Rangers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 254th, while the Foxes are ranked 87th).

La Crosse Logan has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points over those games. The win made it two in a row for Fox Valley Lutheran and bumps their season record up to 15-5.
