Kayla Boozer, South Pasadena's leading rebounder, solidified her role on Monday. Boozer wasn't messing around, dropping a double-double on 28 points and 16 rebounds. The contest was her ninth straight with 22 or more points dating back to last season. That makes it eight consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of South Pasadena's points.

Boozer and South Pasadena will challenge Blair at 5:15 p.m. on January 8th. The Tigers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Vikings, probably because Boozer had a solid game then too: she went 7 of 11 on her way to 16 points and seven rebounds.
