Baseball Game Preview: Kings Mountain Mountaineers vs. Stuart W. Cramer Storm

Kings Mountain has gone 9-1 against Stuart W. Cramer recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Mountaineers will welcome the Storm at 7:00 p.m. Kings Mountain is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6 runs per game this season.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Kings Mountain turned things around against Stuart W. Cramer on Tuesday. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Storm.

Wesley Turner was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off 11 hits. Kings Mountain is 2-1 when Turner allows one or fewer earned runs, but 8-10 otherwise. Turner was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run.
