Volleyball Game Preview: Fallbrook Warriors vs. Ramona Bulldogs

The Fallbrook Warriors will take on the Ramona Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Fallbrook is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest loss since March 18th on Friday. They lost 3-0 to Coronado. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fallbrook took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-23, 29-27.

Meanwhile, it's playoff time, and Ramona had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against La Jolla Country Day by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. The win was familiar territory for the Bulldogs, who have now won three matches in a row.

Ramona walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 21-25, 25-17, 25-16.

Ramona's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-17. As for Fallbrook, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-14.

Fallbrook beat Ramona 2-0 in their previous meeting two weeks ago. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
