Volleyball Recap: Camille Mcgowen and Gracie Neck Secure Win for Catholic - N.I. + How To Watch

Catholic - N.I. waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against Ascension Episcopal by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Catholic - N.I. got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-8, 30-32, 25-22, 25-20.

Leading Catholic - N.I. to victory were Gracie Neck and Camille McGowen. Neck had 18 digs and one assist, while McGowen had six aces. Those six aces gave McGowen a new career-high.

They weren't the only good servers: Catholic - N.I. was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Catholic - N.I.'s record is now 10-11. As for Ascension Episcopal, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 15-6 record.
