Basketball Recap: Century Comes Up Short

Century was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a 48-30 bruising from the Preston Indians. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Diamondbacks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 51-24 last Saturday.

Century's defeat dropped their record down to 1-21. As for Preston, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-10.

Century does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Preston, they will venture away from home to challenge Pocatello at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pocatello will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Preston surely won't give up without a fight.
