Basketball Recap: Woodstock North Takes a Loss

Woodstock North lost against Richmond-Burton back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Woodstock North Thunder were outmatched by the Richmond-Burton Rockets and fell 61-34.

Woodstock North has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-20 record this season. As for Richmond-Burton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record this season.

Looking ahead, Woodstock North will head out to take on Sandwich at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Richmond-Burton, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Marengo at 6:45 p.m. The timing is sure in Richmond-Burton's favor as the team sits on five straight wins at home while Marengo has been banged up by 13 consecutive losses on the road.
