Baseball Game Preview: TERRA Environmental vs. South Dade Buccaneers

TERRA Environmental will head out to take on the South Dade Buccaneers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

TERRA Environmental might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 6-2 to Miami Springs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. TERRA Environmental has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

TERRA Environmental saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Christopher Leon, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, South Dade lost 9-3 to The First Academy on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that the Buccaneers have lost by exactly six runs.

Kevin Cappacetti was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. He also brought in an RBI, marking his first of the season.

TERRA Environmental's record is now 0-2-1. As for South Dade, their record now sits at 1-4.

TERRA Environmental couldn't quite finish off South Dade in their previous matchup back in April of 2023 and fell 2-0. Can TERRA Environmental avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
