Football Recap: Gabe Johnson Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Harleton

It was a proper cat-fight when Beckville took on Harleton on Thursday. The Bearcats were the clear victors by a 30-6 margin over the Wildcats. The victory continues a trend for the Bearcats in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won five in a row.

Beckville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Gabe Johnson led the charge by picking up 110 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. Another passer making a difference was Braxton Bullock, who threw for 139 yards and two TDs while completing 83.3% of his passes.

The win got Beckville back to even at 2-2. As for Harleton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
