Highland Park put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their game with ease, bagging a 63-25 victory over the Schlagle Stallions. Given the Scots' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 11th, while the Stallions are ranked 237th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Highland Park pushed their record up to 16-0 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.8 points over those games. As for Schlagle, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Looking ahead, Highland Park will face off against Atchison on February 18th. As for Schlagle, they will head out to face off against Wyandotte at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
