Basketball Recap: Forsyth Central Takes a Loss

Forsyth Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 71-28 defeat at the hands of the Lassiter Trojans. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2018.

Forsyth Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lassiter, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forsyth Central will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on North Atlanta at 6:00 p.m. on December 5. As for Lassiter, they will be playing at home against Arabia Mountain at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
