Soccer Game Preview: Mountain View vs. Harmony Science Academy

Mountain View is 2-8 against Harmony Science Academy since January of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Lobos will square off against Harmony Science Academy at 7:30 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Mountain View will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Irvin, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Lobos who were credited with the victory on Tuesday. Mountain View got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to Irvin's one.

Harmony Science Academy fell victim to Clint and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions.

Mountain View's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Harmony Science Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.
