Soccer Game Preview: McIntosh County Academy vs. Bryan County

The McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers will head out on the road to square off against the Bryan County Redskins at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McIntosh County Academy's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for McIntosh County Academy's offense. They lost 10-0 to Portal last Friday. That's two games in a row now that McIntosh County Academy have lost by exactly ten goals.

The home team had won the previous five meetings between Bryan County and Metter, and Metter kept the tradition alive. The Redskins fell 2-0 to the Tigers last Friday.

Bryan County has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for McIntosh County Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.

McIntosh County Academy might still be hurting after the 4-1 defeat they got from Bryan County in their previous matchup back in March. Can the Buccaneers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
