Basketball Recap: North Gaston Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Cherryville back in November, North Gaston came back down to earth. The Wildcats had to suffer through a 64-26 loss at the hands of the Stuart W. Cramer Storm. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Storm recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Oshauna Holland continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Stuart W. Cramer, almost dropping a double-double with 30 points and nine assists. The matchup was Holland's 36th in a row with at least 15 points. Amasia McDowell also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

North Gaston's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Stuart W. Cramer, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

Coming up, North Gaston will take on East Gaston at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Stuart W. Cramer, they will face off against West Mecklenburg at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
