Eula is 10-0 against Moran since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Eula Pirates will welcome the Moran Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Eula has 25 straight victories, Moran has nine straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Tuesday, Eula got the win against Gordon by a conclusive 52-31. The Pirates have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Moran played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Ranger, falling 47-26. Moran was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-5.

Despite the loss, Moran saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Bradee Stautzenburger dropped a triple-double on 14 points, 24 boards, and 13 blocks.

Even though they lost, Moran smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive boards. This was only their ninth loss (out of ten games) when they hit their own glass that hard.

Eula pushed their record up to 25-1 with the win, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.9 points. As for Moran, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-13.

Everything came up roses for Eula against Moran when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 66-6 victory. In that game, Eula amassed a halftime lead of 43-4, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
