Basketball Recap: Stearns Comes Up Short

Stearns lost against Lee Academy back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Stearns Minutemen fell 62-54 to the Lee Academy Pandas.

Stearns' loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Lee Academy, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stearns has already played their next game (against Piscataquis), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lee Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Calais at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Calais has insisted on making their lastfour contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 2-2 during that stretch of close contests.
