Nick Bosa made a name for himself early on.

Sure, he was the younger brother of St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) star Joey Bosa. But as a 6-foot-3, 215-pound freshman, Nick Bosa carved out a reputation as an impressive talent in his own right.

It was quite a feat for Nick to crack the varsity roster for Aquinas, but he wasn't content merely contributing. Bosa showed glimpses of brilliance as a ninth-grader, and as such, taking home MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year honors.

He helped lead Aquinas to state titles in 2012 and 2014, and played a key role in the team's regular season success in 2015.

However, Bosa suffered a season-ending knee injury in October.

While that robbed him of an opportunity to be on the field when Aquinas captured its third state title during Bosa tenure, the injury does nothing to dampen Bosa's bright future.

Bosa will head to Columbus in the fall to play for Ohio State. It's hard to believe, but Nick had an even more decorated high school career than older brother Joey. With his immense talent, the younger brother could challenge some of Joey's college achievements as well.
