Luke Oxarart Dazzles in Jefferson Win
 Starting off the list is Jefferson's  Luke Oxarart, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Oxarart rushed for 99 yards and three touchdowns, and also caught a touchdown.
 The  win was  the fourth in a row for Jefferson, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. A feisty cat fight will be fought when  Panthers faces off against Manhattan at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Mattson Posts Huge Game in  45-0  Win
  Deegan Mattson posted a new career-high in  rushing yards  on Friday. He rushed for 59 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 57 yards and a touchdown. He didn't just play on offense: he also made four total tackles and defended a pass in addition to snagging  two  interceptions which he returned  for a touchdown.
 Mattson is probably looking forward to his next game, a  home matchup against Sweet Grass County on Friday. When  Mattson last faced the Sheepherders  back in October of 2023, he threw for 221 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

Reichman Made His Presence Known in Three Forks/Willow Creek's  33-16 Defeat
 Three Forks/Willow Creek had to settle for second  on Friday, but  Kanon Reichman sure wasn't going down easily. Reichman turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 71 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 213 yards  on 18 of 31 attempts.
 For the season,  Reichman  has averaged 159.9 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he had one  rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to 12.

Sawyer Andersen Makes It Two for Three Forks/Willow Creek
 Keeping Reichman company is  Sawyer Andersen, a fellow Three Forks/Willow Creek player. He picked up 31 receiving yards, and also rushed for 30 yards.
 This year,  Andersen  has averaged 53.3 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after seven games last season,  he was only averaging 29.14  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 67.14  rushing yards.

Sawyer Horne Makes It Two for Broadwater
 The second Broadwater player making an appearance here is  Sawyer Horne, and for good reason. He made eight total tackles. He was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 57 yards.
 This season,  Horne  has averaged 7.6 total tackles per game. It gets even more impressive:  after five games last season,  he was only averaging 7.2  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 16.2  rushing yards.
