Basketball Recap: Elmore County Triumphs + How To Watch

The Elmore County Panthers narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Glenwood Gators 54-52.

Despite the loss, Glenwood still got an impressive performance from Braylen Alexander, who shot 44% from the field en route to 32 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. The contest was Alexander's sixth in a row with at least 20 points. Noah Hudler also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

The win got Elmore County back to even at 3-3. As for Glenwood, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Elmore County will head out to face off against Stanhope Elmore at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Glenwood, they will square off against Lanett at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
