After only 13 points in their last matchup, Halls made sure to put some points up on the board against William Blount on Friday. The Red Devils took down the Governors 38-24. The Red Devils' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Halls' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but McKylus Daniel led the charge by rushing for 124 yards and a pair of TDs on only 13 carries, while also picking up 46 receiving yards. Daniel didn't just play on offense: he also made three total tackles and defended one pass. Another rusher making a difference was Brody Rogers, who gained 95 total yards and a touchdown.

Halls' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for William Blount, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Halls will face off against West on Friday.
