The Manual Thunderbolts and the Forge Christian Fury squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but sadly the Manual Thunderbolts had to settle for second. They took a serious blow against the Fury, falling 77-32. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Manual has scored all season.

Despite the loss, Manual still got an impressive performance from Deshawn Fox, who scored 12 points.

Manual struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.

Peyton Miller continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Forge Christian, going 7 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 32 points and 3 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Miller has scored all season. Levi Clark was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.

Manual's loss dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Forge Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-3.

Manual will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Platte Valley at 7:30 p.m. on March 1st. Hopefully Platte Valley focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Friday. Forge Christian's road trip will continue as they head out to face St. Mary's at 5:00 p.m. on March 1st. St. Mary's will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Colorado Rankings (they are ranked 215th, while Forge Christian is ranked 25th).
