Wayland waltzed into their matchup on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Coopersville Broncos 13-3. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won 14 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Wayland's victory bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Coopersville, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5.

Looking ahead, Wayland will challenge Centreville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Coopersville, they will head out to face off against Lowell at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
