Lithia Springs can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They came out on top against the Alexander Cougars by a score of 27-20. For the Leo Lion, this counts as revenge for the 27-14 victory the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Lithia Springs' win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for Alexander, they dropped their record down to 2-7 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
