Basketball Recap: Park Falls Despite Big Games from Isaac Ramirez and Tristan Watts

If Park was riding high fresh off their 80-60 takedown of Hardin last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Park Rangers came up short against the East Helena Vigilantes on Tuesday, falling 60-40. The Rangers were not able to make up for their loss to the Vigilantes from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Park's loss came despite strong showings from Tristan Watts and Isaac Ramirez. Watts went 7 for 14 en route to 17 points and six boards, while Ramirez posted 15 points. Coen Braham was another key player, putting up six points.

Park's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for East Helena, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.

Park wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 66-24 loss against Lockwood on the 25th. East Helena has also already played their next matchup, a 66-55 defeat against Billings Central Catholic on the 23rd.
