Last Wednesday, Nathan Hale was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 34-33 to Chief Sealth.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Prudence Kimelu, who posted four points.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rainier Beach). They blew past Cleveland 63-39 on Wednesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Vikings as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Rainier Beach's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. As for Nathan Hale, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-13.

Nathan Hale and Rainier Beach were neck-and-neck when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but Nathan Hale came up empty-handed after a 40-39 loss.
