Soccer Recap: Fannin County Takes a Loss

Fannin County and Worth County squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Fannin County had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Fannin County couldn't quite close it out.

Fannin County's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Worth County, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Fannin County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Worth County, they will square off against Dade County on Thursday.
