Lyons won against Hillsboro on Friday with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Lions came out on top against the Sedgwick Cardinals by a score of 56-43. With that win, the Lions brought their scoring average up to 50.2 points per game.

Lyons' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tegan Link led the charge by dropping a double-double with 13 points and 11 boards. Link is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least 11 every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Paco Espinoza, who posted 13 points and seven boards.

Lyons' victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.8 points over those games. As for Sedgwick, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
