After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lathrop, Pacheco was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Central Valley Hawks 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won eight in a row.
Pacheco walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-23, 25-22.
Leading Pacheco to victory were Graciela Welker and Ava Soberanes. Welker had six digs and four aces, while Soberanes had 12 assists and three aces.
