It was a good run, but Eunice unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Friday. They fell to the Washington-Marion Charging Indians 59-53. If the Bobcats were looking for revenge after losing 66-48 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Washington-Marion's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was MONTE FARMER, who posted 22 points. FARMER's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of LANDON DUHON, who had 15 points.

Eunice's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-8. As for Washington-Marion, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-11 record.

Eunice has already played their next matchup (against Cecilia), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Washington-Marion will head out on the road to square off against Hamilton Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Hamilton Christian's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Washington-Marion has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
