Volleyball Recap: Desert View Takes a Loss

Desert View came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Pueblo Warriors. The Jaguars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Desert View has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Pueblo, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-13.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Desert View will square off against rival Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pueblo is set to face off against their familiar foe Catalina Foothills at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
