Basketball Game Preview: Clarksville Indians vs. Rockford Warriors

Clarksville hasn't had much luck against Rockford recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Clarksville Indians will venture away from home to face off against the Rockford Warriors at 8:00 p.m.

Clarksville came up short against Waterloo Christian on Tuesday, falling 68-46. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Rockford had to endure a 19-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They snuck past Tripoli with a 53-48 victory on Tuesday.

Rockford's win ended a 13-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-16. As for Clarksville, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-14.

Everything went Clarksville's way against Rockford in their previous matchup back in January, as Clarksville made off with a 62-40 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Clarksville since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
