Basketball Recap: Polo Comes Up Short

Polo and Pearl City squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Polo had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Pearl City Wolves by a score of 43-41. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Marcos have suffered since January 3rd.

Polo's loss dropped their record down to 17-12. As for Pearl City, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-18.

Polo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pearl City, they will challenge River Ridge/Scales Mound at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
