Volleyball Recap: Imagine School at North Port Comes Up Short

Imagine School at North Port lost against The Classical Academy of Sarasota back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Sharks fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 2-1. While the Sharks didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Patriots 25-17 in the first set.

Imagine School at North Port started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-15, 15-13.

Stella Tracy paced Imagine School at North Port's offense, picking up seven kills. Tracy got some help from Mallory Gordon and her nine assists. Tracy was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Imagine School at North Port's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Imagine School at North Port didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Gateway Charter on the 19th. As for The Classical Academy of Sarasota, they are taking a road trip to challenge Lakewood Ranch Preparatory Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
