Volleyball Recap: Coventry's Undefeated Season over After Three Games + How To Watch

Coventry was the 3-1 winner over Classical when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Oakers fell just short of the Purple by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The loss put an end to the Oakers' undefeated start to the season.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Coventry sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 22-25, 25-18, 20-25, 15-11.

Angelina Pham had a dynamite game For Classical., getting 24 digs and two assists. Those 24 digs gave Pham a new career-high.

Having lost for the first time this season, Coventry fell to 2-1. As for Classical, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

Coventry does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Classical, they will face off against Cranston West at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
