Baseball Recap: Skyview Comes Up Short

Skyview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Camas Papermakers, falling 8-1. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Papermakers this season, with their most recent loss being a 14-3 defeat on Tuesday.

Skyview's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Camas, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Skyview will welcome Evergreen at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Camas, they will be playing at home against Mountain View at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. The Thunder will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Papermakers surely won't give up without a fight.
