For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Fulton and Eldon meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Saturday. The Hornets walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Mustangs. The win continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won eight in a row.

Fulton's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-6. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Eldon, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-14 record this season.
