Summit - A Top Player Performances of the Week

Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Sullivan Posts Huge Game in 31-10 Win

Starting off the list is Carroll's Jimmy Sullivan, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Sullivan threw for 315 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in two touchdowns on the ground.

Sullivan must have Homestead's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Sullivan rushed for 200 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.5 yards per carry, and also threw for 235 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Spartans duked it out back in September of 2023.

Steward Made His Presence Known in Homestead's 31-10 Defeat

While Sam Steward delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Homestead. Despite the defeat, Steward was still balling out as he picked up a sack and made 11 total tackles.

If history really does repeat itself, Steward might just drop another big game when he faces off against Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran on Friday. Steward picked up four sacks, forced a fumble, and made eight total tackles (7.0 for loss) the last time he and the Cadets duked it out back in October of 2023.
