While Columbia put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for La Salle. The Coyotes breezed past the Lightning to the tune of 49-0. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Coyotes' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Columbia's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for La Salle, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Columbia and La Salle will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Coyotes will challenge rival Warden at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, La Salle is set to square off against their familiar foe Highland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
