Mammoth waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Bishop Union Broncos as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory on Saturday.

Mammoth never let Bishop Union on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-10, 31-29.

Sophia Ayala was the offensive standout of the contest as she had ten digs and two assists. That's the most assists she has posted since back in August.

Mammoth's record is now 21-4-1. As for Bishop Union, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 13-10-1.

Looking ahead, Mammoth will head out to challenge Boron at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Huskies are facing the Bobcats at the right time seeing as the Bobcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Bishop Union, they will challenge Rosamond at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
