Basketball Recap: Cavaan Hambrick and Loren Stiver Secure Win for Shawe Memorial + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Shawe Memorial, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They snuck past the New Washington Mustangs with a 47-41 victory on Saturday. The Hilltoppers haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Shawe Memorial was led to victory by Loren Stiver and Cavaan Hambrick. Stiver posted 12 points, while Hambrick put up 13 points and five rebounds.

New Washington's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Carson James, who earned 22 points and eight boards. Another player making a difference was Jake Clemons, who had ten points.
