Soccer Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Northridge Grizzlies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Mountain View of the 8-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Northridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-5-1 record this season.

Mountain View does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northridge, they will face off against Timnath at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Timnath's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Northridge's offense will have their work cut out for them.
