Prairie View won against Uniontown last Tuesday with 40 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Prairie View Buffalos took their game with ease, bagging a 40-8 victory over the Pleasanton Blu-Jays. The Buffalos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 24 points or more this season.

The win (which was Prairie View's third in a row) raised their record to 7-2-1. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 14.0 points per game. As for Pleasanton, they dropped their record down to 1-6-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Prairie View didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 37-30 victory against Jayhawk Linn on the 24th. As for Pleasanton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 47-11 loss against Oswego on the 24th.
