Preview: Wooster Generals vs. Lake Blue Streaks
Wooster has enjoyed the comforts of home their last four games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the Lake Blue Streaks at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
Wooster suffered their biggest loss since December 8, 2023 on Friday. They took a serious blow against Lexington, falling 63-36. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Wooster in their matchups with Lexington: they've now lost four in a row.
Lake has not had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They slipped by Euclid 47-46 on Saturday.
Wooster's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Lake, their win bumped their record up to 2-9.
Wooster ended up a good deal behind Lake in their previous matchup back in February of 2019, losing 56-42. Can Wooster avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
