Klein Forest not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since August 16, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the South Houston Trojans.

Hailey Johnson paced Klein Forest's offense, picking up eight kills. Johnson got some help from Ryleigh Culberson and her 18 assists. Culberson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Klein Forest's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-10. As for South Houston, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-21.

Klein Forest wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Beaumont United on the 30th. South Houston has also already played their next game (against Sam Rayburn), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
