Football Recap: Keene Takes a Loss

Keene's last matchup with Bishop Guertin could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Friday. The Blackbirds were outmatched by the Cardinals and fell 48-7. The Blackbirds haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Keene now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Bishop Guertin, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Keene will head out on the road to challenge Windham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bishop Guertin, they will face off against Salem at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
